Jacqueline Ruth (McGough) Conley, of Mansfield, TX, lost her quick and fierce fight against Leukemia and joined Our Heavenly Father, on July 26, 2020. Jackie was born in San Diego, CA on August 15, 1951. She met the Love of her life Jack Conley in February 1970 and wasted no time marrying in July 17, 1970. They just celebrated 50 years of wedded bliss! Jackie will continue to watch over all of us, especially her two daughters, with Jack, Jill Aston and Julie Frakes. Jackie adored being a Nana to her grandchildren, Lee (21), Kayla (19), Kai (11) and Ruby (8). Her younger brothers Danny and Richard will hold her in their hearts forever as an amazing Big Sister!
As a prophet of God, Jackie always volunteered her time in the Children’s Ministry at Cross Point Church, Grand Prairie; this brought her so much joy throughout the years! Tennis was Jackie’s passion. She was a competitive player with her multiple doubles teams, and we know they will miss her intense love of the game on the courts and the amazing friendships she formed off the court!
Everyone who knew Jackie felt her bright light, beaming smile, zest for life, and love of the Lord! In honor of her, we ask for you to shine your light and give your time and love as she did, as an example of what it means to be a Christian to give selflessly to others. In lieu of flowers or food for the family, please make a donation to St. Jude’s Child Leukemia Research, Cross Point Children’s Ministry or USTA Scholarship foundation for Youth (links below) in her name. Due to the uncertain times, the family has decided to not hold a service as YOUR family’s health is our primary concern.
