Jalisa Lynn Bahr

Jalisa Bahr, aged 62, passed away on August 2nd, 2024, leaving a void in our lives that can never be filled. She shared 40 years of her life with her husband, Kevin Bahr. She was a mother to Jennifer Lynne, Lana Michelle, Thomas Matthew, and Madison Alicia.

Jalisa's warmth and compassion were evident in her love for her family and animals. She was passionate about music, especially her long-time favorite band, Thin Lizzy. She loved to sing, even if she was off-key here and there. Her love for her grandkids and all animals was boundless.

She is survived by her husband Kevin; her children Jennifer (Michael) Odom, Lana (Jose) Camacho, Thomas, and Madison (James) McCleave; her grandchildren Jayden Barraza, Virginia Barraza, Phoenix McCleave Brandon Grant, Vivienne Grant, Seraphina Breadon, Orion McCleave, and Benjamin Breadon, and her honorary son Jesus Romero.

Jalisa is preceded in death by her loving mother, Virginia, father, Tom, and brother, James.

Psalm 73:26: "My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever."

A memorial service will be held August 22nd at 6:00 P.M. at Grand Prairie Funeral Home.
