Jesús Barron, 64, of Dallas, Texas, passed away on September 7, 2026. He was born on September 15, 1961, in Querétaro, México.
Jesús was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and man of faith whose life was centered around the people and things he loved most.
On January 14, 1984, he married Reyna Lara. Together, they shared 42 years of marriage, building a life and family filled with love, memories, and countless moments of togetherness.
Jesús worked as an upholsterer, a profession that reflected his dedication, patience, and ability to work with his hands. Outside of work, he found joy in the simple things that brought him closer to his family and his faith. He enjoyed following Cruz Azul, studying the Bible, and, most importantly, spending time with his grandchildren. Those moments with his family were among the greatest joys of his life.
Jesús was a faithful member of Centro de Adoración, where his faith was an important part of his life. His relationship with God and his love for his family were lasting parts of the legacy he leaves behind.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Reyna Barron; his children, Antonio de Jesus and Karina Barron, Cruz Fernando and Candie Barron, Reyna Ivet and Israel Sanchez, and Christian Brian and Estefania Barron; and his beloved grandchildren, including Lailah Fey Barron, Devin Andrew Sanchez, Jacob Andrew Alvizo, Joshua Luke Barron, Eli Landon Barron, Madison Grace Sanchez, Evonie Nicole Barron, and Alina Jane Barron.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Eustolia Alvarez.
Jesús will be remembered not only for the years he lived, but for the love he gave, the family he built, the faith he carried, and the memories he leaves in the hearts of those who knew him. His presence will be deeply missed, but his love and legacy will continue through his wife, children, grandchildren, and the generations to come.
May he rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the love of God and reunited with those who went before him.
Visitation will be held at Grand Prairie Funeral Home, 733 Dalworth Street, Grand Prairie, TX 75050, US, on September 15, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm in the chapel.
