Joseph Haskins passed away May 16, 2013, in Fort Drum New York. He was an inspiration to his little sisters. He would make a person laugh when they were sad. He is preceded in death by his great-maternal grandparents, and great uncles.
He is survived by his parents Robert & Rosalinda Salinas, Brother Cody Haskins, Two sisters Anita & Rita Salinas, Grandparents Domingo & Aurora Moreno, Aunt Dominique Moreno(Javi Colchardo), Uncle Richard Garcia, Cousin. Jazlyn Colchardo. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
