Luis Mario Quezada, age 25, of Grand Prairie, Texas passed away on Thursday January 31, 2019. Luis was born September 7, 1993 in Nacogdoches, Texas to Maria L Salas.
Luis grew up in San Antonio, Texas and spent the last 3 years in Grand Prairie. He graduated from Jetson High School in 2014 where he was Prom King and participated in special Olympics. He participated in track and the soft ball throw. Luis also participated in charity work. He would serve food and go cook at the orphanage in Mexico.
Luis was a brave, determined young man who wanted to show people that he could do anything even with disabilities. He loved to travel by all means such as train, plane and boat. He went on 6 cruises and loved each one. He would sit on the balcony of his room and watch the water and the sun.

Luis is survived by; mother Maria L Salas and father Pedro Salas; aunt Maria Tovar, uncle Egnacio Tovar, aunt Maria Cruz Valdez, uncle Erbey Valdez, uncle Jose Luis Alvarado, uncle Jesus Alvarado, grandfather Jose Alvarado, great-grandfather Manuel Vela, cousin - Marco, cousin - Osbaldo, cousin - Priscila, cousin - Kayla, cousin - Cayla, cousin - Melody, cousin - Camila, cousin - Sophia, cousin - Jesus, cousin - Rosie and cousin - Miguel.
Luis was preceded in death by; grandmother Rosa Rubio, and grandfather Pedro Salas.
A visitation for Luis will be held Sunday, February 3, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Grand Prairie Funeral Home, 733 Dalworth Street, Grand Prairie, TX 75050. A funeral service will occur Sunday, February 3, 2019 from 2:00 PM, 733 Dalworth Street, Grand Prairie, TX 75050. A reception will occur Sunday, February 3, 2019 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, 733 Dalworth Street, Grand Prairie, TX 75050.

Dearest brothers and sisters in Christ,

I remember him from two cruise.. On freedom as they said he liked the ocean... I was happy to see him serving him in the dinning room first time when i was a server on his b day and then seeing him again in the red frog pub... Ur adventures were always followed by me.. Miss you.
