Manuel Garcia

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Manuel Garcia, who departed this life on January 26, 2026, in Arlington, TX.

Manuel was born on March 30, 1951, in Dallas, TX. He spent his life as a dedicated, loving husband and family man. He retired as a proud Teamster. He traveled to many places with his beloved wife and family by his side. He was a fan of grilling and shuffling tunes while hosting his family and filling his home with laughter and love.

Manuel is survived by his daughter, Jaclyn; sons, Manuel “Mono” Luis and Nicholas “Nico” Garcia; brother, Jimmy; sisters, Mary and Margaret; and the Phillips Court Jesters, comprised of numerous loving nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly. He is also survived by his goddaughter, Aryana, and his sidekick, Armani Rico.

Manuel was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth “Lisa” Garcia; son, Angel Garcia; mother, Amelia Garcia; father, Jessie Garcia; and brothers, Howard, Jesse, and Florencio.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
