I am so sorry to hear the sad news. I remember seeing your dad and your mom at church every weekend. He told me about your mom when she passed away during Thanksgiving a while back, but he kept going to mass. My daughter and I would sit by your dad after your mom passed away. He was just a very sweet man. He would buy food from Youth Group just to help out and would give cupcakes or what he bought back to my daughter. I thought I heard his name at mass recently, but thought to myself it could not be him. My condolences to his kids and grandkids. He will be missed at St. Michael's.

My Dad (Robert Hogeda) and "Chino" were golfing buddies when I was growing up. I remember they always has a great time together. My prayers are with his sons and his grandchildren.

Manuel, you will be greatly missed by me - and everyone in the neighborhood. You were a great next-door-neighbor and friend. It won't be the same without your joking around. May you rest in peace and may your friends and family find comfort in knowing you are with Lydia once again.

Chino was a great, fun-loving guy who, I'm sure, remembered every joke ever told to him. He could put more "Body English" on a putt than anyone I've ever seen. We were fearful that he would injure himself with all his contortions. I'll always, fondly, remember him.
