Manuel Camacho Mendoza

Manuel Mendoza went to be with his Lord May 15, 2013 in Arlington, TX. He was born October 3, 1931 in Mexico to Jesus and Leonarda Mendoza. Manuel was a funny man who bled blue and silver, even though his favorite color was beige. He often would wear kaki. Manuel was a strong-willed and very stubborn man, surviving 11 years longer than was estimated for him. During those years he remained family-oriented. He always spent time with his children and grand-children. He also enjoyed having cook-outs featuring his favorite food, pork, or collecting coins. Manuel was so friendly that he never met a stranger and loved to take care of everyone. Later in life, after his grandkids were born he adopted the saying “mother pudding” to appease his daughters and not swear around the children. Manuel was a happy man who loved life and his family. He is survived by his children Manuel Mendoza Jr, Arturo Mendoza, Lena Mendoza, Julie Mendoza Delgado, Marisa Mendoza Espindola, Azeneth Mendoza Martinez, Gilda Mendoza, Gloria Mendoza Charles, Bertha Valdez; siblings Conception Camacha Mendoza Pena, Lucia Mendoza, Olga Mendoza, Arturo Mendoza, Aurora Camacho Mendoza, Petra Mendoza, Guadalupe Mendoza Pena; 19 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
