Maria Isabel Ovalle passed away February 7, 2019 in Grand Prairie, Texas at the age of 63. Maria was born July 8, 1955 in Palau, Coahuila, Mexico to Nicandro Pinon and Felipa Monjaras Pinon.

During her childhood, Maria loved to play baseball with her classmates. Her dream was to become an electronics engineer and was very proud of her education and her career. She loved the color blue, enjoyed singing, doing puzzles, riding her bike, playing Candy Crush, knitting, and crocheting. She loved laughing at her husband's jokes and spending time with her grandchildren.

Maria came from a large family. Her grandparents; Refugio Pinon, Eulemia Barrientos, Hermeregildo Monjaras, and Felipa Gonzalez. Parents; Felipa and Nicandro Pinon. Siblings; Juan Pinon, Feliciana Rios, Arcadio Pinon, Maria Felipa Pinon, Miguel Pinon and Guadalupe Pinon.

She and her husband, Carlos, raised three children; Carlos Eduardo Ovalle, Mayra Veronica Gonzalez and Isabel Cristina Coss. She and Carlos were blessed with eight grandchildren; Mia Ovalle, Elias Coss, Marisa Ariana Ovalle, Sophia Valerie Ovalle, Carlos Antonio Gonzalez, Zayra Anahi Gonzalez, Julian Mateo Coss and Jocelyn Mireya Coss.

Arrangements are being handled by Bean Massey Burge Funeral Home, 2951 S. Beltline Road, Grand Prairie, TX 75052.

A Visitation will be held on Monday, February 11, 2019, from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 pm.

Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, February 12, at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church at 10:00 am.

Burial will follow at Laurel Land Cemetery in Dallas.

Tia hermosa que gran vacío y tristeza dejo en nuestras vidas. Siempre fue una mujer inalcanzable y ejemplar. Mi corazón siempre la reconoció a usted y a mi tía María como mis segundas madres. Aun recuerdo su voz, su mirada, su risa, su caminar sobre todo que siempre me decía que yo era su Laura pausini😄

Es difícil asimilar la muerte de la tía chabe, una familia que a pesar de estar lejos en distancia, teníamos una relación muy cercana y llena de cariño/amor. Recuerdos que dejan marcadas enseñanzas y vivencias que se volverán pláticas por años y generaciones.
Hoy se vive una gran ausencia en nuestra familia, te recordaremos siempre tía, por tus ocurrencias, tus ascos, las raspitas de palau, los elotes llenos de crema... pero sobre todo va a hacer falta tu compañía.
