Marisela… my beautiful, sweet friend. It still doesn’t feel real saying goodbye to you so I’ll say I’ll see you later. You weren’t just someone I knew , you were someone I loved deeply.
You had the softest heart and the warmest spirit. Your smile could calm me on my worst days, and your laugh, that laugh, is something I will hear in my heart forever. Being your friend was truly one of the greatest blessings of my life.
You were beautiful inside and out. Not just in the way you looked, but in the way you loved, the way you cared, and the way you showed up for the people who mattered to you. You gave so much of yourself so freely. You were the friend who checked in, who remembered the little things, who celebrated others even when you had your own battles.
There are so many memories I will hold close, the talks, the laughs, the moments only we understood. I will miss calling you and hearing your voice. I will miss just knowing you were there.
