Mary Beth was wonderful homemaker who kept a tidy house. She enjoyed cooking for others where she would make the best fried chicken, spaghetti, peanut brittle and her famous "Sputniks." She stayed active with her talent for cooking by watching cooking shows, collecting cookbooks and even taught others how to cook.
A strong woman, she could be stubborn as well. As a breast cancer survivor, Mary Beth naturally became a motivator for others with cancer. She had a passion for caring for people with her big heart. She was known to invest time in others by helping people in trouble by guiding them to a better path in life.
She had a passion for dancing, especially the country two step. But her greatest loves were her family and her dogs.
Mary Beth was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 47 years, Kenneth Ray Hartman.
She is survived by her 2 sons, Steven Ray Hartman, wife Cindy Lou and James "Jim" Kenneth Hartman, wife Judy Marie; 4 grandchildren, Kimberlee Shawn Heidmann, Steven Wade Hartman, Krista Beth Herrmann and Bradley Jason Hartman; 13 Great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Lou Etta Green of San Angelo, TX; other extended family members and many friends all who will miss her very much.
