When he was in the Bay Area I flew up for a weekend and we went to a Giants game.

To the Elelu family. I send my sincere condolences over the passing of Tomi.  He served as a Resident Advisor for the housing office at Murray State and I had the pleasure of knowing him as leadership at that time. Tomi was always respectful, cared about his residents and staff, and was always in a happy place. This is a heavy loss and I pray for Gods comfort for you all.  

My deepest sympathies to Tomi's family.  I had the pleasure of working with him when he attended Murray State.  He was always smiling and looking for ways to help others.  I feel that I was a better person from having known and worked with him.  We lost a shinning light when he passed.



I went to Murray and worked in Elizabeth College when Tomi was at Murray. He always came in with a smile on his face and was one of the nicest people I knew in Murray. He lit up the room, so sorry to hear of his passing.

Tomi was an amazing person. He lit up a room everywhere he went with his bigger than life smile.  He was always there if you needed someone to chat with or a cheer up. I’m so sorry the world didn’t get more time with you. May you rest easy my dear friend. ❤️

My deepest condolence and prayers up to the Elelu family. Tomi was my cubicle neighbor when we both worked at Chevron. He was so full of life, energy, a gentle soul and a very smart man. Rest easy my friend. 🙏💔

My daughter and Tomi attended Murray State together. He was truly a smart, talented, and wonderful young man. I loved hearing him sing and play the piano. My heartfelt sympathy and love goes out to the family. We loved him. 

Tomi was  a. smart wonderful man. He attended Murray State and became friends with my son Zach. He came home one year with Zach and spent a holiday with us in Louisville Ky. I am so sorry to hear about his death. Tomi was a good person so intelligent. We will be praying for the family and pray that Tomi will have eternal peace. The Cox family. 

Sad to hear.. He was a great guy/ mentor at Murray State. Always smiling and energetic.. 

It was a great pleasure working with Tomi in the OSH department at Murray State. He was always full of laughter and a joy to be around. My heart goes out to the family. 

My dearest brother from another mother, you are deeply and profoundly loved by me. I will always be grateful for you and for your life and how it impacted and touched my life. You were such a tremendous blessing to me. I remember how much time I would spend with you and your family on the weekends and we would talk, pray, cry, and laugh for hours. I remember how powerful your prayers were and the abundant fruit that would come forth afterwards. I appreciated how you encouraged me and cheered me on during times of doubt and pain. 

My deep sympathy and condolences to the Elelu family. Tomi was so loved and respected by many and his time here on earth was not in vain. He touched and changed many lives- including mine. May you have great comfort and peace during this time and joyous memories. 

Tomi, I look forward to reuniting with you in eternity with our big brother, our mighty King Jesus! I’m grateful that you are at peace and rest with Him! 

My condolences to the family. My husband Sheldon and i had the opportunity to host a dinner for Tomi when he came to DC for an interview. He is was a very kind and considerate young man. Until we meet in the Kingdom my brother in the Lord. 

My condolences to the Elelu family.  Tomi was such a bright light who loved Jesus with all his heart.  Tomi's loved by so many.  We do not grieve as those who have no hope.  We know we will see him again in eternity.
