Raquel Gonzalez

She was born September 2, 1932 in Morenci, AZ to Hilario and Maria Arreola.

She met Adan Gonzalez at a church in El Paso and they were married for 62 years.

She was a member of the Primera Iglesia Bautista Mexicana in El Paso, Texas. She had a

passion in ministering to those in need and raising her family in the admonition of our Lord.

She assisted in numerous vacation Bible Schools and as a Sunday School teacher for children.

She gave her life to her family, her love was true, unwavering, unblemished and was freely

given to all.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Adan and her daughter, Ruth (Tony) McClure.

She is survived by her sister Anita Dominguez, her children: Daniel (Virginia) Gonzalez,

Joel (Alma) Gonzalez, Linda (Carlos) Ontiveros, Adan Jr. (Ceci) Gonzalez, Gilbert (Margie)

Gonzalez, Robert (Josie) Gonzalez and Samuel (Ninfa) Gonzalez.

Fifteen grandchildren: Melinda (Beto) Sanchez, Michael (Melissa) Gonzalez, Matthew (Michelle)

Ontiveros, Amanda Gonzalez, Sarah (Jacob) Servin, Jacob (Bianca) Gonzalez, Joshua Gonzalez,

Ryan Gonzalez, Samuel (Diana) Ontiveros, Anthony (Hilda) McClure, Ysabel Gonzalez, David

Ontiveros, Cynthia (Gerardo) Arenado, Rebecca Gonzalez, Elizabeth Gonzalez.

Ten great-grandchildren: Madeleine Ontiveros, Wyatt Carter, Benjamin Sanchez, Isaac Sanchez,

Ruth Victoria Sanchez, Max Ontiveros, Micah Arenado, Mila Rose Gonzalez, Israel Gonzalez,

Rhys Gonzalez.
