Mrs. Brower, I've never forgotten you and your family over the past years. You were always so kind to us students and so helpful when I had the opportunity to work with you. And I always saw your devotion to your husband. I've just been made aware of his passing, through an invitation to the Soups On For Love, and I am so sorry for your loss. You and your family will remain in my thoughts.

Phyllis just heard about Rick. My prayers go out to you and your family. It was a pleasure taking care of him always smilling. You taught me a lot especially to be a selfless woman. May you find comfort knowing he is in gods arms. Take care

Over thirty-five years ago Rick and I played in the same Babe Ruth baseball league. I remember him as very upbeat and cheerful--great attitude. Although playing on separate teams, everyone got along and enjoyed that which brought us together during the summer--the game of baseball. As a player Rick played the game with integrity and tenacity; I'm sure the same way he approached life. Although I never saw Rick after our last season, I can still see his almost contagious smile. Rick's family will be in my thoughts and prayers. May God bless them until the day we are all reunited in Heaven.

Very sorry for your family's loss...Rick was a light in a difficult time in my life at home around when I was 12. I would be waliking home from Truman and he'd be outside and we'd talk until my parents got home so I wouldn't be alone. Wonderful angel forever and always!

Phyllis and family, I just found out about your loss and send my deepest condolences to you. I pray God's angels upon your family to surround you with comfort and peace during this difficult time. While we were celebrating the birth of Jesus here on earth, Rick was able to celebrate with the Jesus in heaven. I love you all and God Bless You!

I will always remember the times I came down the street looking for Trent only to spend the next hour or two talking baseball with Rick. Rick's impact on each individual he came in contact with cannot be overstated. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
