Saragosa Rubio passed away on January 1st, 2020 at the age of 74, with his family by his side. He was born and raised in Harlingen, Texas and later made Grand Prairie, Texas his home.

He is preceded in death by his mother Eusebia Robles, from Harlingen, TX, Grandson Bobby Rubio, from Grand Prairie, TX and Daughter in Law Melissa Rubio, from Arlington, TX.

Saragosa is survived by his loving wife Rosario R. Rubio of 56 years, his 5 children; Saragosa Rubio Jr, daughter in-law Christi Rubio, Sylvia Rubio Estrada, Daniel Rubio, Diana Gutierrez, & Alice Rubio, 7 grandchildren; LeighAnn Eusebia Torres, Julian M. Gutierrez, Joseph M. Gutierrez, Andrea A. Torres, Saragosa Sergio Rubio, Marcos Rubio, Jennifer Rubio and many brothers and sisters in law. All of Grand Prairie, TX.

Saragosa worked at Sears & Roebuck and Company for over 30 years, served in the US Army National Guard for 15 + years and was one of the biggest Dallas Cowboys fans.

Dad, it’s hard not seeing you anymore and walking by your room just to see how your doing. I miss you everyday, my heart is heavy and alone. I know that You are with God and my grandma and my son, but I wasn’t ready to let you go but I know I have Rest In Peace I will see you again one day.
