Shirley was an inspiration to me for many decades. She was always willing to help me in Cradle Roll on Sundays at Turnpike Church of Christ- now CrossPoint. We were in many Bible Studies together. I will miss her sweet hugs and smiles on Sunday Mornings. We were able to "Love" each other on FaceBook during this last year. Our prayers and hugs as you say farewell to Shirley, and as God welcomes her home, saying, "well done, my true and faithful servant."

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your sweet Shirley. She was such a strong and kind lady. I always remember when I was sitting at the table helping her fold clothes and she was shocked I didn't know how to fold a fitted sheet. She stopped and taught me the correct way. I to this day still fold my fitted sheet the "Shirley way". I always think of her when I do. She held a special place in that 20 year old young girl's heart and she still does today. God Bless her sweet family. Sending love and prayers..
