Tom,  I miss you every day and love you more than I can say.  I am so grateful for the 25 years we had together. How fortunate I was to have found my true love.  And to think you were there all along, shooting me in the back with your water gun in Ms. Neyland's class.  The worst! but now cherished memory.  Save me a place, as you promised. Thank You both for the words of encouragement and the wonderful conversations we would have in the waiting room. I’m Soooooooooooo glad I had a moment in time with You  two.  Mrs. Jeanie I will forever be grateful for the little things this life offers and our paths crossing. 


I never met Tom but know his children, Chris and Pat. Their strong values and success in life are rooted in the values instilled in them by their parents. Tom lives on in them. 

Jeanie and family,  my heart breaks for you.  Tom was a true patriot, mentor, teacher and friend.  He had a gift for teaching - the best Process Safety Management trainer, presenter & consultant ever! I called him "Mr. PSM" because he could reach students and industry in a way very few could:  he was honest and forthright about safety & health.  And everyone respected him for that.   I am so grateful that Tom and I became friends through the years.  I so valued his input and I will miss not being able to pick up the phone and say  "Tom, I really need your honest opinion on this project/program". RESPECT for his life's dedication & service to others.  He made this world a safer, better place.  

My thoughts and prayers are with you Jeanie.  May God lift you up and give you peace knowing that God is caring for Tommy now.  Tommy was a fun loving, kind person and he loved you completely.

Rest in peace Tommy.  We will see you again one day.

Jeanie, am so sorry to learn of Tom's passing.  It was good to see you both at the tribute to Bob Renfroe.  Tom was such a good musician when we were in high school.  Hopefully, your happy memories will help you now.

Jeanie and family, what a shocking and sad news for me and Yi.  I just got home from China four days ago and I planned to call Tom today then got a mail from Chris. Totally shocked me!  Tom has been a great mentor, teacher, and friend to me since we met more than 30 years ago.  Each time we met either physically or on the phone, he always showed his new ideas or toys he   had for better solutions to the world of safety challenges.  His passion for safety and life is a great example for me to follow.  Tom, you fought a good fight and we miss you dearly.  May God's comfort  and love to be with you, Jeanie and family!

I was so sad to hear of Tom’s passing. Although we live so far apart, I am so happy that you were able to visit us, and we were able to visit you through the years. Tom was such a great guy, and he obviously adored you. I know he was the love of your life, and I pray for God’s comfort & peace through this  difficult time.

Jeanie & family, this is unbelievable for me... I've known Tommy for almost 70 years and he never got old in his heart. Tommy was always the friendliest, best natured guy in the school... always there, always the friend. We certainly had good times growing up together for over 12 years. His passing truly leaves an empty spot in my heart, and I know it does in yours too. He will be missed by this world.

Jeanie, we are shocked and saddened by the news of Tom’s passing.  It was so wonderful to see and visit with you both at the class reunion a few years ago.  You are both such special people.  Tom truly had a life to celebrate.  Our prayers and condolences to you and the family.  As life long Texas City friends, you and Tom are forever in our hearts!

I am so sorry to learn of Tom's passing.  I last saw him with Chris at the Porsche races in New Jersey last summer.  Needless to say, he was a very special person and a warrior to the end.  I will always remember him as a true friend.
