Tomas Abrego, age 72, of Grand Prairie, Texas passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022. Tomas was born April 24, 1950. Survived by his wife of 54 years Lidia Abrego nee Hernandez. Tomas was the devoted father of Tommy Abrego, Tameeka (Christopher) Franco and Marie (Albert) Sanchez. Cherished Grandfather to Cerina Luna, Junior Luna, Caitlyn Franco and Christopher Franco. Great-Grandfather to Jax Moreno. Loving son of the late Ricardo and Solia Abrego nee Esquivel. Tomas was a dear brother of twelve other brothers and sisters. In Order: Late Magalena, Late Ricardo Jr., Irma, Joe, Rosalinda, Esmeralda, Melinda, Mary, Late Rolando, Late Friene, Late Marisela, and Lisa. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering for Tomas will be held Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Bean-Massey-Burge Funeral Home Beltline Road, 2951 S. Belt Line Road, Grand Prairie, TX 75052.
