

She was born February 6th 1933 in Tunnel Springs Alabama to Russell and Louie Turberville, where she and her nine siblings were raised on the family farm. In her early twenties she moved to Texas where she remained for the duration of her life, raising three children. She retired from the Zales Corporation after 38 years of service in 1994.
God and her family were her top priorities. Her faith in God and her love of family sustained us all during life’s struggles. No matter how battered or bruised we were by life, we always knew we could go to her for rest and comfort. We knew she would lift us up in prayer and stand in the gap on our behalf. She viewed all of her children/grandchildren/great grandchildren as glorious gifts from God, and cherished them more than anything in life.
She was preceded in death by her son: Robert Aaron Biggerstaff Jr. Sisters: Leeila George, Inez Turberville, and Evelyn Green. Brothers: Floyd Turberville, Lloyd Turberville, Ray Turberville and Jim Turberville.
She is survived by her daughters: Debra Bates and husband John, Gina VanCleave.
Brother: Samuel “Jack” Turberville and wife Penny. Sister: Pat Allen and husband Charles
Grand Children: Joseph Wilson and wife Mary, Heather Maxwell, Adam Maxwell, Michael Thompson and wife Christie, Dillon Bates.
Great Grandchildren: Caleb Maxwell, Jarrod Wilson, Logan Wilson, Ryan Maxwell, Brittany Maxwell, Macy Murley, Megan Wilson, Mackenzie Wilson
