Ann Marie Lee Zerfas

Ann Marie Lee Zerfas, aged 75, went to be with the Lord on May 1, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents John and Letha Cook. Surviving are her husband of 52 years, Carl, their children, Debbie (Toshio) Asai, Sherri Stalzer, Janette (Peter) Eliaszewicz, Patrick Zerfas; grandchildren, Alexandria Stalzer, Anastasia Eliaszewicz; brother, Gerald Cook and many nieces, nephews and friends. Ann enjoyed traveling to northern Michigan, spending time in Petosky, Harbor Springs, and Mackinaw Island. She enjoyed walking, especially with her dogs. Spending time with family was always a priority and she had a special place in her heart for her granddaughters. She also enjoyed her monthly luncheons with the church guild and was very active within the parish over the years. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, May 7, 2012 at St. Jude Catholic Church, 1120 Four Mile Rd., with Rev. Tom Page and Fr. Ivan Rohloff as co-celbrants. Friends and relatives may greet her family from 2-4 and 6-8p.m. with the rosary being prayed by Deacon Larry Hoogeboom at 7:30p.m. on Sunday, May 6, 2012 at Reyers North Valley Chapel. One hour of additional visitation will be held at St. Jude from 9:30-10:30a.m. on Monday prior to Mass.
