Barbara J. Eggleston

Barbara Jean Eggleston age 84, of Grand Rapids went to be with her Lord and Savior on November 22, 2015. She was born in Grand Rapids, MI to Henry and Emma Harroun who along with her beloved husband of 44 years, Harold (Norm) and son James, preceded her in death. Barbara’s sister Marylynn Huizen also precedes her in death. Barbara will be lovingly remembered as a caring mother, grandmother and great-grandmother by her three children Jack (Connie), Jill (Ed Neymeiyer) Smith and Joy Ryke as well as 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Barbara was a devoted member of Faith Lutheran Church. She and Norm enjoyed RV-ing and were avid Disney enthusiasts. Funeral services officiated by Pastor Beck Ebb-Speese, have been scheduled to take place at 11 AM Friday, November 27, 2015 at Faith Lutheran Church (2740 Fuller Ave., Grand Rapids, MI 49505). Visitation will take place at the church on Friday beginning at 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service.
