Carl Lipscomb aged 50 of Grand Rapids passed away after a short courageous battle with cancer on October 5, 2011. He was preceded in death by his grandparents. Carl will be lovingly remembered by his father Douglas Lipscomb, mother Nancy Williams, brother and best friend Bob (Tracie) Lipscomb, sisters; Lisa (Keith) Snyder, Kelly (Joe) Nehs, nieces; Sarah (Mike) Crandall, Samantha (Kris VanDyke) Lipscomb, great niece and nephews; Alexander, Addison, Dillon, his beloved boxers Dude and Bear and many friends. Carl was a longtime employee for Michigan Wheel and a diehard University of Michigan fan. The family would like to give a special thanks to Spectrum Medical Critical Care Unit. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, October 8, 2011 at Reyers North Valley Chapel 2815 Fuller Ave NE. Friends and relatives may greet Carl’s family from 10 till the time of service.
