Dana Marie [Kuczynski] Adamczak, age 39, of Grand Rapids passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2017. Dana was born in the summer of 1978 to Daniel and Jean Kuczynski in Manistee, MI. Along with her parents, Dana is survived by her husband of 11 years, Chad, and their children Zakary and Rylee as well as her three sisters, Vicki Pefley, Jill Eroh and Lisa Kuczynski and her grandmother Dorothy Witkowski. Also surviving are her father-in-law Clarence, sister-in-law Elizabeth and brother-in-law Chase. A memorial gathering will be held at Reyers North Valley Chapel on Friday, October 20, 2017 from 1-4 pm.
