Daniel James Zapolnik, age 90, Army Veteran passed away peacefully October 14 surrounded by family.

He is survived by wife, Carol; daughters, Theresa, Charyl (Paul), Judy (Bob); granddaughter, Krystyna, USN Officer. Dan was preceded in death by son, Jerry; parents; and siblings.

Visitation will be held on Sunday Oct 18 from 5pm - 8pm with a rosary at 7pm at Reyers North Valley Chapel, Grand Rapids, MI. Funeral Mass will be held at 11am on Mon Oct 19 at St. Isidore Catholic Church, Grand Rapids, MI.
