Beth was always a gentle spirit and was always the "star" during many years of the local Easter Seal Telethon which is where our paths crossed. I am so sorry I was not able to make her visitation and memorial, my heart was with you all. My husband and I were in her pre-diabetes class, and she was a great instructor. What she taught us and helped us with is making a difference in our health and our lives. She was a loving person who enjoyed helping people. Our world will be less without her.
