Elizabeth G. Fauver

Liz grew up in the outskirts of Detroit and then moved to the Grand Rapids area in the late 1990's. She was an avid swimmer in her youth, and even broke a few swimming records. She loved to travel all of the United states - anywhere from the east coast to the deserts out west. Liz also liked to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or spend time gardening. She was a funny and outgoing woman who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Liz is survived by: life partner of 23 years, Timothy Rienks; son, Jeffery Fauver; bonus children, Cassie (Thad), Emily (Frankie), and Andrew Rienks; grandchildren, Charlotte, Brooke, and Bentley; sister, Cindy Ross; niece, Lindsay and nephew, John.

Liz was preceded in death by: parents, Sara and Robert Goodwin; and brother-in-law, John Ross.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at 2:00pm at Reyers North Valley Chapel, 2815 Fuller Ave. NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505. The family will welcome guests one hour prior to the start of the service. A luncheon will be held after the service, also at the funeral home.
