.Ernest F. Tonsmeire, aged 88 of Grand Rapids, went to be with his Lord Thursday, July 8, 2010 at Heather Hills. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Stephanie. Surviving are his wife of 28 years, Janet. His children, Judith and Michael Williams, Joan and Paul Zuzick both of Massachusetts; His granddaughters, Dianne, Tara, and Hollie-Jo; Great grandchildren, Matthew, Jackson, Megan. His sister, Marjorie Tonsmeire, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, John and Aleida DeGraaf, Andrew and Esther Feenstra, Albertus and Marilyn Bratt, many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday at Central Reformed Church, 10 College Ave. N.E. with Dr. Louis Lotz and Rev. Mary Bos officiating. Interment in Fairplains Cemetery.
