Hilda is preceded in death by her beloved husband James Roede, her son Ronald Roede and daughter Mary Nixon.
She is survived by her daughter in law; Linda (Ronald) Roede and her grandchildren; Cory (Vikki) Burt, Shaney (Martin) Robinson, Noel (Rhonda) Nixon, Jeremy (Lindsey) Burt, Sarah (Joshua) Zandstra, Aaron Nixon, James (Danyel) Roede and 14 great grandchildren.
Hilda adored and loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was loved dearly and will be missed by many.
Family and friends are invited to a celebration of life on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Grace Legacy Builders, 507 Broadway Ave NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504.
