Jeanne M. Nydam (Maier)

Jeanne Marian (Maier) Nydam, aged 92, finished her life on Earth and entered eternal life with Jesus and her loved ones on Thursday, August 27, 2015. She was preceded in death by her 2 wonderful husbands, Robert Maier in 1978, and James Nydam in 2010. Surviving are her daughter and best friend; Nancy (John) Richard, grandchildren; Melissa (Mark) Brock, John (Becky) Richard, Jennifer (Allen) Bacon, great-grandchildren and the joys of her life; Dominick Brock, Johnny & Eldin Richard, Allie Dells, Mckenna, Elyse & Jax Bacon, and special step-children; Nancy Nydam & Jon Shirek of Atlanta, Georgia. Jeanne graduated from South High School and Grand Rapids Business College (now Davenport). She was co-owner of American Careers, a member of Faith Lutheran Church, ABWA, and Jr. Mollie Booth Hospital Guild. Her family wishes to extend a sincere and heartfelt thank you to the wonderful care givers of Covenant Village, where she resided. A Celebration of her Life will be held at Faith Lutheran Church (2740 Fuller Ave N.E., Grand Rapids, MI) at 11am on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 with Pastor Kevin Sullivan.
