Joseph J. Namey, aged 84, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2015. He is preceded in death by his wife of over 50 years, Patricia, who passed away in 2009. Joseph will be lovingly remembered by his children Susan (Paul) Piersma and Paul (Ronda) Namey, his grandchildren Brandon Piersma and Megan (Aaron) Engelbert, who were his pride and joy. Also surviving is his brother Ed (Mary) Namey, and many nieces and nephews. Joseph proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a devoted employee of General Motors serving for over 30 years until his retirement. Please join Joseph’s family for a time of visitation from 10am-12noon on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at Reyers North Valley Chapel, followed by the Funeral Service at 12noon with Pastor Vern Bareman officiating.
