Kathleen Kay VanderHoff

Kathleen Kay VanderHoff aged 68 of Newaygo went to be with her Lord on Friday, May 11, 2012 at her home surrounded by her husband and children. She was preceded in death by her parents Rev. Edward and Ada Rozelle, in-laws Arthur and Edna VanderHoff, brother Richard Rozelle and several brothers and sisters-in-law. Kay will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 50 years Edward R. VanderHoff, children; Tylin (Lisa) VanderHoff, Kathleen VanderHoff, Kristine (William) Fehsenfeld, Kerri VanderHoff, Robert (Margaret) VanderHoff, grandchildren; Chad, Maria, Kimberly, Katelyn, Angela, Daniel, Blaine, Britni, Olivia, great-grandchildren; Jaedon, Gavin, Talon, Amiya, Ma’Kaya, Ava, sisters; MaryLou (Les) Piersma, Pat (Jim) Linkfield, Elaine Chamberlain, sisters-in-law Arlene (Ivan) Hestikind, Joanne (Don) Harrington, brother-in-law William (Patricia) VanderHoff and many nieces and nephews. Kay was an avid outdoors-woman who loved hunting, fishing and being in her woods. She was very social and enjoyed her time waitressing, but most of all she loved her family and caring for her children and grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at the Reyers North Valley Chapel 2815 Fuller Ave NE with Rev. Arnie Guikema officiating. Visitation will be on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the funeral home and 1 hour prior to the service on Tuesday. Ed and Kay are members of Big Prairie Community Church and memorials can be made to the church or Humane Society of West Michigan.
