Lewis James Snyder, aged 80, passed away unexpectedly August 19, while surrounded by his family in Grand Rapids, MI. He was preceded in death by the mother of his five children, Mary Ann as well as his parents, a brother and a sister. Surviving are his wife Rosalie Pellerito Snyder; Children: Patrick Synder, Carla (Kevin) DeJonge, Andrew (Shawn) Snyder, Paula (Brian) Porter and Mary (Dan Burnham) Sanderson; Step children: Lori (Ed) Sayer, Ron (Robin) Packer and Scott Packer. Also surviving are many grand and great grandchildren. Lew will be remembered as a devoted family man who enjoyed time spent with his loved ones. He was an avid hunter and loved cards, cribbage and dominos.
