Wow, What can I say about my mother in law that would do her the honor she deserves. I loved her like my own Mom. She was caring, giving, smart and loving. She loved her grandchildren, she favored the grand daughters cause she did not have any girls of her own and she could not wait to teach them all the knowledge she had to share with a girl. So exciting for her. Don't get me wrong she loved her grandsons and would play games with them to connect with them. She loved family and would do anything for them, and she did. She never really complained about anything, even when Norm, my father in law would get on her nerves, she would tell him to shut up and that was that. Lois, was always a lady with a tender giving heart. She always had gifts on hand for anyone who she felt the need to give something too. Wasn't much, but her love and caring spirit was always expressed by her. I love her and will miss that smile, that tender heart and her sharing spirit.
Till we meet in Heaven Mom!

My mom was one of the nicest people I have ever known . She always had a smile on her face, and loved everyone. It was common to hear her humming a tune. She loved life, and was fun to be around. I will miss her badly. R.I.P mom. I Love You.

I think back on when Mary was pregnant for our first child and when we told Mom & Dad that it was going to be a girl they didn't believe us. Our extended family had only had boys for so long. She was so excited when our first girl was born. then she couldn't believe we would have a second.
Mom so enjoyed doing all the girl stuff she never got to do with us boys. Teaching them to sew, doing dress up, cooking, and more.
I so treasure the times they had together.
