Marty was my good friend and brother in the GRFD. Marty had so many positive and gifted attributes, scholar, athlete, entrepreneur, family man , brother and friend. What I remember and admire most was how he worked with people, especially children. When working with ‘little people’ he always brought himself down to their level and talk with them eye to eye, on and where they were. He was truly a great individual; the world will miss him greatly!

Marty you were the epitome of integrity! You were intensely competitive but always Godly! I am blessed to have known you and to have called you friend! I so remember the days when you Pete and I would play basketball on duty. Now you and Pete are gone to be with the Lord and are balling in heaven! Rest in peace my brother!
