Mike says his mom was the strongest person we have ever known, and her love for life was unmatched. She lived every day filled with love and faith. She was always there for family and friends. She never gave up on life her faith and her family.
Alyssa her granddaughter says she was the strongest person we have ever met. She showed unconditional love at every stage of my life. She didn't judge or have any hate in her heart. She was filled with love and kindness.
My grandma always lived life to the fullest and kept her family and the ones she loved close. She was a beautiful person inside and out. She was stunning. She fought multiple medical issues head on and never let anything break her spirit. Even when she fought breast cancer she came back stronger and more beautiful than before. My grandma was such an example of how to lead a life you could be proud of. She showed me how you should treat your children, grandchildren, and husband. She will never be forgotten and I will miss her every day.
Her son Travis said his mom was a kind, loving, and forgiving Christian who loved life, her family and the Lord. She worked hard to make sure she was there for everyone, and always had her beautiful smile, despite all the pain she was in. She never gave up on life, her family or her faith. She overcame this world in the name of Jesus, and we know she is truly with God now.
She was preceded in death by her mother, father, and two brothers Steve and Rick. She leaves behind her loving husband Marvin, her children Mike and Travis, her grandchildren Alyssa, Ashley, Derek, Margo, and one on the way.
