Patricia M. Vander Hoff

Patricia Mae Vander Hoff, age 74 of Grand Rapids passed away March 27, 2016 with her beloved husband William by her side. She was born in October of 1941 in Grand Rapids to Donald and Alice Conner. Her father died shortly after Pat was born. Her mother remarried Ralph Reames. He precedes her in death as well. Along with her mother Alice Reames, Pat is survived by her husband of 60 years, William "Bill" and their children Diane (deceased) and Brian West, Sharon Vander Hoff, Bill and Melanie Vander Hoff, Joe and Elizabeth Marckini and Patty Vander Hoff. Also surviving are her grandchildren Nick and Andrea West, Olivia Vander Hoff, Corporal Cameron Vander Hoff USMC, Marisa Vander Hoff, Hannah Vander Hoff and Emily Marckini, and Maria Marckini and great-grandchildren Jacob, Jaida, Owen and Greyson. Pat's surviving brothers and sisters are Dick and Pat Reames, Roger and Sally (deceased) Reames, Larry and Sue Reames, Mark and Bonnie Reames and Jed and LuAnn Gerken. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins of the Reames, Vander Hoff and Czinder families. Pat was a graduate of Creston High School and Grand Valley State University where she earned her CPA degree and license. Funeral services will be held at Faith Lutheran Church (2740 Fuller Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505), Friday, April 1, 2016 at 11am with Pastor Kevin Sullivan officiating.
