He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Laverne Holland; mother, Patricia Marie Phillips; step-father, Robert Monroe, and sisters, Ruth VanPoppering and Mildred "Millie" Williams.
Phil is survived by his loving wife, Leslie Holland; children, Eric Poll Aaron Holland, and Amanda Rock; grandchildren, Braxton Ellison, Brynley Ellison, Nolan Poll, River Holland, Skyler Holland; and brothers Jay Holland (Elde), Rob Holland (Connie), and Dennis Holland.
