

Richard proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps,carrying the values of honor, courage, and commitment throughout his life. Following his military service, he dedicated many years to Grand Rapids Label, where he was known as a dependable, hardworking employee and earned the respect of his coworkers.
Family was the center of Richard’s life. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Constance Talmadge Feutz. He is survived by his loving wife, Sunop (Wyman) Feutz; his children, James Feutz and wife Tracy, Cheryl Knoll and husband Joe, and Richard Feutz and wife Laura; eight cherished grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and his brother Paul Thomas Feutz, all of whom brought him tremendous joy and pride.
Richard enjoyed life’s simple pleasures. He loved collecting coins,
bowling, playing cards, golfing, and playing hockey. He especially enjoyed telling stories that brought laughter, wisdom, and treasured memories to family and friends. Whether on the golf course, at the bowling alley, around the card table, or sharing stories with loved ones, Richard had a gift for making people smile and feel at home.
He will be remembered for his kind heart, quiet strength, sense of humor, and unwavering love for his family. His life was a testament to integrity, perseverance, and generosity, and his influence will continue to be felt by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Richard was cremated and a memorial gathering will be held at Reyers Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 14th from 4pm to 7pm, 2815 Fuller Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude for the love, prayers, and support shown during this difficult time. Though he will be deeply missed, his memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him.
