Robert Dale Zuelke

Robert Dale Zuelke, 83, of Rockford passed from this earth to live with his Heavenly Father and Savior. He was born January 4, 1926 in Grand Rapids and was the son of the late William G. and Mabel A. (Garber) Zuelke. He is survived by his loving wife Dorothy Helen (Laude) Zuelke; four children, Dr. Dale Zuelke, Dr. David Zuelke, Mark (Maggie) Zuelke, and Lynn Zuelke; three step-children, Candy(Jim) Brooks, Debby (Mike) Skidmore, and Steve Korstange; eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Shirley (Ken) Brown. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife Marian (Slaughter) Zuelke, and a brother Ralph Zuelke. A memorial service will be held Saturday December 19th, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Brett Boomsma of Trinity Baptist Church officiating. Memorial visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at Reyers North Valley Chapel 2815 Fuller Avenue, N.E. and Three Mile Road. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Trinity Baptist Church Missions Outreach with envelopes provided at the funeral home.
