On November 21, 1959, Ruth Ann was united in marriage to the love of her life, Warren Buschert. The loving couple would grow their family to include six sons, and all the hustle and bustle that a large family brings with it. Over the years, many friends found a second home at the Buschert’s.
A woman of Christian values, Ruth Ann lived her life by giving back to her community. She was a dedicated volunteer at Smith Memorial Congregation Church where every Wednesday she worked at the Unity House. After the church, closed, she moved to Northlawn United Methodist Church where she continued to grow in her faith. A devoted fan of Elvis, she loved to hear “The King” sing her favorite hymns.
