In high school she played tennis and loved to travel. Later, she was more into wearing comfy clothes, doing crafts, watching movies, fishing, playing cards, and listening to classic rock but she always especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
She spent a lot of time with her sister Kathy and talked to her on the phone, every day sometimes more than once a day. They often spent birthdays and holidays together and went to concerts and the casino and always had a blast together! They shared a lot of love and laughter over the years and brought joy into each other's lives.
Sue also talked to her cousin Brenda often and they had a very good relationship of love, support, and encouragement. Sue had a wonderful relationship with God and loved to attend church services and bible studies.
A big fan of the Lions and Tigers, Sue loved to watch ballgames and always wanted a superbowl for the Lions! Sue also loved to eat and was a big fan of good food! Her favorite place to eat with Kathy was the Village Inn Pizza Parlor where she could get a wet burrito.
Sue was always a happy person! She inspired happiness in others and always wanted the best for everyone. Sue touched so many lives with her happy demeanor including those she cared for and those who cared for her. She never complained about illness or injury and was a sweet friend. She will be dearly missed by all!
She was preceded in death by her parents, Darrell and Marilyn Hosford; and brother, Scott Hosford.
Sue is survived by her sister, Kathy Hosford; sister-in-law, Kristy Hosford; nieces and nephews, Elise Ngo (Brian), Derek Hosford, and Brent Hosford; special friends, Judy Wolters and Thelma Danigelis; and many loving cousins and extended family and friends.
