Virginia R. Landino aged 85, of Grand Rapids passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2010. She was preceded in death by her daughter October’s Linda, brother Joseph Burmistrzak. Virginia will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 59 years Norbert, children; Marty (Colleen) Landino, Larry Landino, Bob (Liz) Landino, Judy (Mark) Stocking, Doug (Mary) Landino, Janet Landino, Joe Landino, Linda Meyle, Rick Landino, 16 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren sister-in-law Rose Koch, brother-in-law Albert Landino, and several nieces, nephews and friends. Virginia will always be remembered for her loving care as a wife, mother, grandmother and best friend. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 AM on Friday, November 5, 2010 at St Jude Catholic Church 1120 4 Mile Rd NE with Rev Tom Page as celebrant. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery. Relatives and friends may greet her family from 2-4 and 6-9 on Thursday at the Reyers North Valley Chapel 2815 Fuller Ave NE or 1 hour prior to the service at church. The Rosary will be prayed at 7:00 PM on Thursday. For those who wish, memorials can be made to Spectrum Health Hospice.
