William C. Giberson

William C. Giberson died quietly at home on September 25, 2011 at the age of 66 after living with cancer for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Margaret Giberson. Bill was a supportive husband to his wife of 41 years, Janet, and was proud of his children Tim Giberson and Christine (Shawn) Aardema, and delighted with his grandchildren Zachary and Alex Aardema. He is also survived by his father-in-law Robert Lovell, brothers Larry (Joyce) Giberson and John (Carole) Giberson, brothers and sisters-in law Jack (Mary) Lovell, Mark (Eileen) Lovell and several nieces and nephews. Bill’s many friends will remember him for the wisdom and inspiration they shared throughout the years. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the Reyers North Valley Chapel with Rev. Dick Host officiating. Relatives and friends may meet his family at the chapel from 1-3 p.m. and 5-8 p.m. Wednesday. Those who wish to make a contribution in Bill’s memory may consider Hospice of Michigan, the North Alano Club or a charity of their choice. “Another summer passes and the wind begins to blow; and before they can turn, some green leaves will fall.”
