Donna Kaye Pardoe, 63, found her peace on Monday, March 28, 2022. Donna was a lover of important things – God, Family, friends, Mickey Mouse and Elvis. She lived a life without regrets and full of love.
She was preceded in death by her parents J.D. Phipps Sr and Ella Marie Roberts-Phipps, her brothers J.D. Phipps Jr, Clarence Henry Phipps, and her husband Grant Hugo Pardoe Jr.
She is survived by her nephew J.D. Phipps III; niece Judith Marie Phipps, great niece Kaidyn Isabella Marie Fields; great nephew Jeremiah Ray Phipps, her beloved babies Sparky and Lacey and a plethora of friends.
