James Wilmer Richey, 55, Grandview, Mo., died April 19, 2012, at home. Memorial service is at 7 p.m. Friday, April 27, at McGilley & George Grandview Chapel. Jim was born Jan. 2, 1957 in Joplin, MO to Howard and Dorotha Richey. He was a 15 year Army Veteran serving as an Sergeant in the 101st Airborne Pershing Missle Group Air Assault. He loved baseball and enjoyed bowling and gaming at casinos. He is survived by his wife Dolores Hoffman; son, Jerrod; daughters Catrina, Nicole, Sarah, Jessica, Kimberly; mother Dorotha; brother, Howard; sisters, Ruby, Leida May, Becky; and 12 grandchildren.
