JAMES LEONARD ROUSSEY James Leonard Roussey, 74, of Kansas City, MO died June 23, 2018. Visitation 6-8 pm, Thursday June 28, Funeral service 1:00 pm Friday June 29 at McGilley & George Funeral Home 12913 Grandview Rd. Grandview. Burial in Belton Cemetery, Belton. Memorials suggested to the American Heart Assoc. James was born March 4, 1944 in Grove, OK. He attended East High School. James enjoyed spending time with family, working on art projects and reading. Preceded in death by his parents Carroll and Winona, brother Kenny and sister Lucy. Survived by wife of 30 years, Peggy Alice (Elkins); daughter Kimberly Schwerdtfeger (Kendal); son Darrin Roussey; step daughters Jamie Thomson (Keinan), Kelly Watts and Stacey Smith (Shane); grandchildren Brittany Smith, Madison Smith, Lane Schwerdtfeger, Cort Schwerdtfeger, Sebastian Thomson and Dominic Roussey; great grandchild Parker Archer.
