Judith Kay Winger Frank

Judy was born on March 18, 1945, in Moline, Michigan to Milford and Hattie Winger. She attended Wayland High School. She attended Grand Rapids School of Bible and Music where she met her future husband, Thomas Eugene Frank. They were married on July 31, 1964, at Green Lake Calvary Church in Green Lake, Michigan, and together they raised three children in a house of faith and love.

Judy dedicated her life to the Lord and was a Pastor's wife. She also worked with Child Evangelism Fellowship, as well as Rio Grande Bible Institute. She and Tom served as missionaries in Michigan, New York City, Kenya, Missouri, Texas, Mexico, and Taiwan.

Judy retired from Grandview School District as a bus driver.

Judy loved to travel, spend time with her family, host dinner parties, and play games. She was also an active member in her local church. Judy was an amazing baker and enjoyed making delicious treats for family and friends.

She will be remembered as a devoted wife, caring mother, loving grandmother, wonderful friend, and faithful follower of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Milford and Hattie Winger, and her brother Ronald Winger.

She is survived by her husband Thomas Frank, her children: Joy (Glenn) Williams, Joel (Michelle) Frank, Jason (Jana) Frank, and her grandchildren: Timothy, Cordell, Bailey, Charlee (Chris), Arianwyn, and Jessica.

The memorial service will be at Faith Baptist Church in Raymore (414 S. Franklin St. Raymore, MO 64083) on Saturday, August 30th at 10am.
