Justin Lee Heits, 34, of Peculiar, Missouri passed away June 17, 2021. Justin was born in Fairfax, Missouri. As child he played baseball and football, then in high school became a wrestler and pole vaulter. Justin was graduated from Raymore-Peculiar High School in 2005. He attended Northwest Missouri State University and later became a certified sommelier and worked in various high-end restaurants in Texas, Missouri and Kansas. Justin returned to Peculiar in 2013 and continued his career in the restaurant industry.
Aside from being known as a strong-willed individual, Justin can also be described as polite, friendly and loving; meticulous, intelligent and very private; and he was a traveler and dreamer.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother Lena Robertson; grandfather Kenneth Parks; grandfather Bernie Heits; grandparents Ann and Jim Markham. Justin is survived by parents Alice Cramsey and Matthew Heits; sister Nicole Heits; and brother Christopher Cramsey; aunts and uncles Duane and Gail Parks, Ray Parks, Brenda and Scott Latta, Chasity and Brad Wheeler, Lileth and Randy White, Marion Parks, Dana Heits Scarbrough, Janah Heits Kent, Tyler Heits; and twenty-seven cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Justin Lee Heits funeral fund.
