A visitation for Raymond will be held Saturday, July 12, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Coronation of Our Lady Catholic Church, 13000 Bennington Avenue, Grandview, MO 64030, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM. Burial after the Mass at Longview Cemetery, 12700 Raytown Road, Kansas City, MO 64149.
Ray enlisted in the U.S. Army to serve our country then he worked for the K.C. Southern Railroad. He was very loving, and always willing to help others. He was also funny and loved to laugh with others. Ray loved to fish and he loved the great outdoors, the things he loved to do most.
He lived in the Kansas City, Missouri then his family moved to Grandview, where he lived with his Father (Ray) Mother (Erma), Sister (Sharon) and another Sister (Patty). Ray was married to Rita and later divorced but remained Friends.
He is preceded in death by his son: Darin Hermon. He is survived by his son: Daniel Hermon and wife Patricia, daughter-in-law: Madalena Hermon, Grandchildren: Brandon, Vincent, Zackery, Jordon, Jason, Rita, Maria, Diego and Domingo, Great Grandchildren: Chandler, Augustus, and baby girl Anastasia.
