Ronald Gene Cloud, 71, of Kansas City, MO passed away June 29, 2011. Memorial Visitation 1-2:30 pm Tuesday, July 5, funeral services will follow at 2:30 pm at McGilley & George Funeral Home in Grandview. Contributions suggested to American Cancer Society.
Ronald was born April 17, 1940 in Columbus, OH to Elmer and Thelma McClary Cloud. He was an Army Veteran. Ronald owned American Fire & Security in Kansas City and retired January 1, 2007. He loved family, John Wayne and the Chiefs.
Preceded in death by his parents and brother, Dan Cloud. Survived by wife of 43 years, Pat Cloud of the home; 7 children, Dave Russell, Belton MO, Ronald Cloud, Jr., Huntington Beach CA, John Howell, Overland Park, KS, Brian Cloud, Temecula CA, Troy Cloud, Huntington Beach CA, Amy Byrne, Kansas City MO and Beth Derks, Belton MO; brothers, Jim Cloud, Murrietta CA and Gary Cloud, Baxter Springs KS; sister, Ruth Woods, Nixa MO and 13 grandchildren.
